ORGANIZERS

The San Sebastián International Genitourinary Cancer Summit 2026 ("Summit") is organized by Fundación ECO and Lacort Medical Limited ("Organizers").

By accessing the Summit website, registering for the event, purchasing a registration, sponsorship package, exhibition package, industry ticket, or participating in any Summit activity, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

REGISTRATION TERMS

All registrations are subject to review and acceptance by the Organizers.

The Organizers reserve the right to approve, reject, cancel, suspend, or revoke any registration, sponsorship, exhibition package, industry ticket, or participation request at their sole and absolute discretion.

Registration is personal and may not be transferred without prior written approval from the Organizers.

The Organizers reserve the right to modify the scientific program, faculty, speakers, session titles, session formats, venue, event dates, event schedule, event duration, event format, or any other aspect of the Summit at any time and without prior notice.

No guarantee is made regarding the participation of any specific faculty member, speaker, moderator, chairperson, sponsor, exhibitor, organization, institution, or attendee.

EVENT CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION

The Organizers reserve the unrestricted right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, modify, suspend, convert to a virtual or hybrid format, or cancel the Summit, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason.

Such reasons may include, but are not limited to:

• Force majeure events

• Government restrictions

• Public health concerns

• Natural disasters

• Security concerns

• Venue-related issues

• Faculty availability

• Financial considerations

• Operational considerations

• Commercial considerations

• Any circumstance deemed relevant by the Organizers

The Organizers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, reputational, business, commercial, travel, accommodation, hospitality, sponsorship, exhibition, marketing, promotional, or other losses arising from any modification, postponement, relocation, rescheduling, suspension, or cancellation of the Summit.

NO LIABILITY FOR PARTICIPANT EXPENSES

All participants, delegates, faculty members, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors, industry representatives, partners, vendors, contractors, and service providers participate entirely at their own risk.

The Organizers shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, fees, penalties, charges, or claims incurred by any participant, including but not limited to:

• Airfare

• Train tickets

• Transportation costs

• Accommodation expenses

• Visa costs

• Insurance costs

• Shipping costs

• Exhibition costs

• Sponsorship costs

• Marketing expenses

• Staff expenses

• Hospitality expenses

• Opportunity costs

• Business losses

Participants are solely responsible for making their own insurance arrangements.

The Organizers strongly recommend obtaining comprehensive travel, cancellation, health, and business interruption insurance coverage.

SPONSORSHIP AND INDUSTRY PARTICIPATION

All sponsorship packages, exhibition packages, industry registrations, and industry tickets are subject to acceptance by the Organizers.

The Organizers reserve the right to reject, suspend, terminate, or cancel any sponsorship or industry participation at any time if deemed necessary to protect the scientific independence, integrity, reputation, operation, compliance, or objectives of the Summit.

The scientific program is developed independently by the Organizers and Faculty.

Sponsors, exhibitors, industry participants, vendors, and commercial organizations shall have no authority or influence over faculty selection, scientific content, educational activities, speaker invitations, presentations, discussions, panel participation, program structure, or scientific decisions.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND RECORDING

By attending the Summit, participants acknowledge and agree that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, interviews, screenshots, livestream recordings, and other media may be captured during the event.

The Organizers may use such materials for educational, scientific, promotional, archival, reporting, marketing, historical, and communication purposes without compensation or further approval.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizers, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, consultants, faculty members, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, damage, accident, theft, delay, disruption, death, personal injury, property damage, reputational damage, financial loss, commercial loss, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Summit.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the participant's own risk.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal information may be collected for registration, event administration, certification, communications, compliance, reporting, educational activities, and operational purposes.

Information may be shared with service providers involved in operating the Summit, including registration platforms, payment processors, website providers, accreditation providers, technology providers, and event management partners.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Summit, its registration, sponsorship, exhibition, participation, website, services, or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Participants, delegates, faculty members, sponsors, exhibitors, industry representatives, partners, vendors, contractors, and service providers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
